SummersJewels.com ships your orders from our warehouse within 48 hours of the order being received. Based on where you are located it will take approximately 2 to 5 business days for your new jewelry to reach you. All orders are shipped either USPS or UPS. Summers Jewels.com reserves the right to choose the best shipping method. Shipping within the USA is $9.99
Overnight, 2nd Day shipping and 3 Day shipping rates are also available for additional shipping fees. If you are interest in expedited shipping you must call or email us prior to the order being shipped.
If you are shipping your package to a PO Box, please be advised that there may be a delay in the shipment. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order ships.
International Shipping:
We ship all orders going out of the United States via Global Express Mail. The shipping cost for international orders is a flat rate of $19.99.
* Shipping fees do not cover duties/tariffs/brokerage fees. Customer (you) is responsible for those fees.
Returns:
You'll never want to return to anything you get from SummersJewels.com, but we have to put a Return Policy here, so here it is:- If you are unsatisfied with the items you receive, we accept returns up to 15 days after original date of purchase.
- You MUST email us at info@summersjewels.com .All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging.
- We will give a refund, minus shipping & handling and any discounts you received on your order.
